November 2015 Toolkit — American Diabetes Month /‪#‎RondishCare‬

Diabetes is one of the leading causes of disability and death in the United States. It can cause blindness, nerve damage, kidney disease, and other health problems if it’s not controlled.

One in 11 Americans have diabetes – that’s more than 29 million people. And another 86 million adults in the United States are at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

People who are at high risk for type 2 diabetes can lower their risk by more than half if they make healthy changes, including eating healthy, increasing physical activity, and losing weight.

Here are just a few ideas:

  1. Encourage people to make small changes, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
  2. Talk to people in your community about getting regular checkups. They can get their     blood pressure and cholesterol checked, and ask the doctor about their diabetes risk.
  3. Ask doctors and nurses to be leaders in their communities by speaking about the importance of healthy eating and physical activity.

  2. I’ve been living with dementia for quite some time, and for years, I struggled to find lasting relief or clarity. Medications offered brief improvements, but the confusion, memory loss, and disorientation always seemed to return and at times, even worsen. Out of both hope and hesitation, I decided to try an herbal treatment program from NaturePath Herbal Clinic. I’ll be honest I was skeptical at first. But around the four-month mark, I began to notice real changes. My thoughts became clearer. The mental fog started to lift. Gradually, I found myself remembering names, conversations, and routines with more ease. It wasn’t an instant fix, but it was consistent and noticeable.

For the first time in years, I feel like I have a bit more of myself back. I can engage more meaningfully with my loved ones, navigate daily life with greater confidence, and experience fewer moments of fear and frustration. The impact this has had on my life mentally, emotionally, and spiritually has been truly uplifting.
If you’re considering natural options for managing dementia, I genuinely encourage you to look into what NaturePath Herbal Clinic offers. It’s been a transformative experience for me, and I’m deeply grateful that I decided to give it a chance.
